HPH COVID-19 Virtual Clinic: Video and Phone Visits | (808) 462-5430
Hours of Operation: Daily | 10:00AM-6:00PM*
The Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH) COVID-19 Virtual Clinic for video and phone visits is open for our patients and the public. The purpose of the Virtual Clinic is to address patients with signs and symptoms of COVID-19 who are well enough to be seen without coming to the office and others who have concerns about COVID-19 exposure.
Patients will initially speak to a Registered Nurse, and if appropriate, the clinic will offer video and phone visits with a provider. The virtual team will recommend and facilitate pathways for care and order COVID-19 tests when clinically appropriate. HPH physicians, advance practice providers and registered nurses will staff the clinic.

Hawai‘i Health Partners Sunsetting COVID-19 Virtual Monitoring Program
Due to low referral volumes and the continued decline of Hawai‘i’s daily COVID-19 cases, the COVID-19 Virtual Monitoring Program provided by Hawai‘i Health Partners will end on Friday, Sept. 30.
The program provided support for primary care physicians in monitoring patients with COVID-19 on an outpatient basis during their illness and throughout their recovery, including ensuring they got access to emergency care if their symptoms worsened. This included home oxygen therapy titration for hospital discharges and daily calls to patients to monitor symptoms and pulse oxygenation. Over the course of the pandemic, more than 1,000 patients were monitored through the program.
Moving forward, patients with COVID-19 concerns should contact their primary care physician directly. Patients who do not have a primary care physician can call Straub Virtual Urgent Care, which is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 808-824-5237.
HHP primary care physicians who have concerns about a patient with COVID-19 may also call HHP’s Complex Care Services program for additional assistance at 808-462-5430.
