About Whova
Hawai‘i Health Partners selected Whova is an all-in-one event management platform with web application* and mobile app, for the 2020 7th Annual Membership Meeting; to provide attendees with a way to engage with one another via group and private chat features.

Due to overwhelming positive feedback from provider members, Whova will remain open in the 2021 year, allowing providers to keep in contact with each other and for continued networking and collaboration. 

*Reminder: Do not use Internet Explorer. Google chrome or Firefox is preferred.
If you are having difficulty opening links in Internet Explorer, please right-click the Whova link, and click on "Copy Hyperlink" to copy and paste the meeting link into Chrome or Firefox. Alternatively, you may also forward the Whova invite to a personal email address to attempt to resolve the technical issue.

How do I create a Whova account?
If this is your first time accessing Whova, follow the below steps to create a Whova account on your PC, Mac, or iPad. The Whova Whova web portal and mobile app is free. 

      1. Visit whova.com/portal/webapp/hhpam_202010/sign_in
      2. Click on the "Sign up here" button
      3. Enter your information, create a password.
      4. At the "Wrong Email" prompt. See screenshot below. Click on the ENTER INVITATION CODE button.
      5. Edit your profile. Other providers will use this to network with you.
      6. Download the mobile app, here

I have a Whova account, how do I sign in?

On the mobile app

  1. Click here to download the Whova mobile app
  2. Open the Whova mobile app.
  3. Enter the email address you used to create your Whova account
  4. Enter your password
  5. Tap the EXPAND button on the top right corner.
  6. Select Hawai‘i Health Partners.
    • If it doesn't show up automatically, click the magnifying glass icon and search for PARTNERS. Then click the join button.

On the website

  1. Visit whova.com/portal/webapp/hhpam_202010/sign_in*
  2. Enter the email address you used to create your Whova account
  3. Enter your password
  4. You should automatically be taken to the Hawai‘i Health Partners Whova site
