How to Join the Webinar

The Basics

Before you join the webinar you will be brought to a Pre-Attendance Webinar Questionnaire. It should take about 2 minutes.

After completing this brief questionnaire you will be connected to the webinar.

 

NOTE: You cannot unmute yourself. 

  1. Join via a computer (e.g. laptop, desktop).  

OR

  1. Join via smartphone using the Zoom mobile app. Click here to download or go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) to download.  See below for additional instructions on how to submit questions.

If you are having difficulty opening links through Citrix Receiver (portal.hawaiipacifichealth.org), please right-click the "Click Here to Join the Webinar" link above, and click on "Copy Hyperlink" to copy and paste the meeting link into the internet browser on your local computer. Alternatively, you may also forward this invite to a personal email address resolve the technical issue.


How to Submit a Question: Click "Q&A," then type your name and question in the text box

Note: If "Q&A" is not immediately visible on your Zoom menu bar, click "More" or "..." to find the Q&A button.
