For All Providers –  2024 Quality Performance Program and Shared Savings Program (QPP/SSP) Provider Review Period: June 2 – June 30

Final performance for the 2024 Hawai‘i Health Partners QPP/SSP (now HHP Quality Incentive Program) will be available on Monday, June 2, for your review. Eligible members, please review your performance through the HHP dashboard. Measures specific to your specialty and your performance in these programs will be reflected. We encourage you to review your report to ensure the accuracy of the information presented as this will be used in the calculation of incentive payments. You may submit any discrepancies along with supporting documentation to [email protected] before the closing date of this review period on Friday, June 30.
